Can I place an order?

You can place an order using the credit card payment option at checkout. Review your order and delivery details before submitting.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States with free standard shipping. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit normally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit times are separate.

How do returns work?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing ino@dailydresses.shop. Items must be unused and retain original tags. Contact us before sending a return.

Customers pay return shipping for non-defective items. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and accepted.
